Spray Painting BoothsWater Tank is constructed with 3mm HR Sheet & 40 x 40 x 1.6mm L angle, Leg support for better stability. Water tank is painted with rubberized paint to protect from rust & gives life & good quality.
Booth Panels are constructed with 1.2mm Galvanized Prime Steel with 40 x 40 x 1.2mm Square tube Frame.
Blowers: Used Branded motors [Bharath Bijili & Crompton Greaves]
Centrifugal direct driven Exhaust fans are dynamically balanced.
Booth panels are pre-punched on 8 inch centers.
Our Booth is designed for customer’s convenience & versatility. The Galvanized Nuts & Bolt for easy assembling & dismantling, the booths can be changed from one place to another place within 4 to 5 Hours.
Rotating Table: To Place the component & rotate while painting for small components [eg. Pumps & Motors]
Rotating Device: A hook to hang the Component while painting.
Painting: Primer – 1 coat & Painting 2 coats painted to Increase the Booths Quality & Finish.
Conveyor & Crane Openings are provided as per customer’s request.
